Ray, Paul and Billy opened Rays kitchen in 2015 . “We had all been in the business since we left school with successful restaurants and catering businesses between us. We have loved opening this shop and feeding north coast folk. It has been a treat to meet the community and catch up with old friends and customers who have moved north. What we didn’t expect were the weekend crowds who drive out to eat with us, and we are still humbled when this happens. We have now made salt rock our home base, have a firm holiday crowd who are becoming seasonal regulars and are exited for the future. Ask for us when in store we would love to say hi.”
